Kyler Murphy is a versatile leader with a diverse background spanning
project management, operations, and customer service, as well as
hands-on experience in special needs therapy. Currently serving as an
Administrator at Milestone Pediatrics, Kyler works closely with children
who have special needs, supporting in-home therapy services and ensuring
families receive the highest quality care. His passion for helping
children and making a positive impact in their lives aligns with his
broader commitment to community and service.

In addition to his role at Milestone Pediatrics, Kyler was the Executive
Director and Project Director at That 1 Painter Scottsdale, a home
services company where he focused on ensuring an exceptional customer
experience and operational excellence. Joining in January 2024, he has
brought a customer-first mentality and a dedication to making every
interaction memorable.

Kyler’s experience also includes leadership roles as Director of
Baseball Operations at Signing Day Sports, where he developed
operational strategies and cultivated a culture of success within the
sports industry. He has also served as Field Director at Advanced
Interior Electronics, where he managed a nationwide team and was
instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint.

Kyler’s leadership journey began on the baseball field at Seattle
University, where he played four years, learning valuable skills in
teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. His foundation in sports
continues to shape his approach to leadership and his drive for
excellence.

With expertise in project estimation, sales management, team leadership,
and special needs therapy, Kyler is committed to delivering outstanding
results, whether managing complex projects or helping children reach
their full potential through therapy.
