Her expertise includes executive leadership for operations, data analysis, practice management, strategic planning, process improvement, talent acquisition, contract negotiation, marketing, and communication.

From October 2017 to September 2020, Lisa co-owned and served as marketing and communications manager at HLTHE, LLC. In this role, she managed website and marketing content, market data analysis, social media, and marketing presentations for stakeholders and investors. She was also responsible for developing schedules, implementing plans to increase market share, and creating marketing collateral, products, and promotions.

In addition to her professional achievements, Lisa has been deeply involved in philanthropy. Since 2013, she has provided pro-bono services related to web design, marketing, branding, and community outreach for Pink Heals Inc., a national organization that supports local communities by keeping fundraising dollars within the community to help those in need. From 2014 to 2020, she led the Gunners Kid’s Program, creating a curriculum framework aimed at developing leadership, philanthropy, and teamwork among youth and assisting communities in fundraising to support local hospitals, research, and resources for children.
