Hank Bond

Rear Admiral Hank Bond, US Navy (Retired), currently holds the position of Co-CEO and co-founder at ForceNow, LLC, a cybersecurity company established in 2020. ForceNow specializes in providing cybersecurity solutions, IT/OT services consulting, managed services, and staff augmentation. Before his role at ForceNow, Rear Admiral Bond served as the Senior Vice President at root9B cybersecurity firm for a period of 5 years.

With a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in information technology and cyber operations, he has successfully catered to the needs of clients from both government and private sectors. During his distinguished 32-year career in the US Navy, Rear Admiral Bond served in various capacities, including as a nuclear engineer responsible for submarine operations, managing and safeguarding Navy and joint information technology networks both at sea and on land, and holding leadership positions on command and senior staffs domestically and internationally.

Noteworthy is his extensive executive background, having served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer on three separate occasions. His notable flag officer assignments include roles such as Chief Information Officer at US Forces—Iraq and Director of Cyberspace Operations at NORAD and US Northern Command. Rear Admiral Bond currently resides with his family in the picturesque front range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
